joe in retrospect

10:54 a.m.since living here, i've come across many guys who remind me of joe. in appearance, in stature. shy, but not quite. they're skinny guys, slightly older. a little shy of 30. dark hair, dark eyes. scruffy face. hair that peeks out from their chest behind their shirt.
i'm still quite attracted to joe. but it just never worked out when i was in long beach. i would never know what it could become. and i guess it doesn't really matter now. but in retrospect, joe would make the amazing san francisco guy. something about his look just screams san francisco to me.
it may be too late for joe, but it would be nice to find someone else with a similar physical stature that i could attribute that persona to.
