the big bang is a term to describe a time when everything in the universe was condensed hot gas. there was really no big "bang". it was just a term that was tossed out jokingly when described what has happened, or is happening, to the universe. the universe has been expanding and cooling off ever since.

so theoretically, that would be the beginning of change. an act of expansion and cooling off. everything is expanding. everything is cooling off.

isn't that what the essence of change is all about? expansion. growth. cooling off. letting off steam. coming to terms with what has passed and moving on. it's been here since the beginning of time. it's the most basic fundamental of change in the universe.

so why's it so hard?
