7:38 a.m.oh how i hate not being able to go online at home. it is very frustrating. i live my life online and most of my quality procastinating comes from goofing off on the internet.
i tried to write yesterday. i came up with nothing. i wrote half a paragraph of something in hopes of it going somewhere, but it didn't. blocked! so i just spent a couple hours playing solitaire until my eyes got weary and i went to bed.
one of the upsides to this is that i am much more motivated to come in to work early and leave late. but the major downfall is that i don't use my extra time to get anything done. i'm so behind. and i should really be doing work right now. but i think not.
i started a livejournal yesterday, so if any of you have livejournals, hit me up on there! it's mainly just to house the friends list of all those who i knew who blog there. but, i am formulating ideas on how to creatively use that space. i want to update it, but i don't want it to become a repititious clone of this diary.
thanks to golfwidow for posting this link. it's a must see. it's a contest where people post captions for this odd pictures they find, and the past entries are extremely hilarious. it reminds me of when me and my cousin, iris, would spend the night together and watch t.v. all night long. after the news, there would be nothing but infomercials and random late night t.v. crap. we would mute the television and come up with our own dialogue. so much fun. now the internet is utilizing this collectively through submissions from everyone else. ahh yes. the power of technology!
