8:36 a.m.okay, so burning man is comin up pretty quickly. i don't know if i'm ready for this. i'm pretty excited and i'm nervous and i'm scared that i won't be prepared and i won't have anything and i'm going to be out of luck out on the playa. i know that won't happen. i know that i'll have a ton of wonderful people surrounding me that will help me out if i happen to forget something. but i'd rather be prepared. i'd rather have everything i need with me and be in a position to help out someone else in case they are unprepared for some reason.
so here is the list i have compiled of things i will need. if anyone has anything you can spare underneath my "stuff to buy" section, i'd gratefully appreciate any donation. i'm running a little short on funds. but i should make it.

__ - Water (25-30 Gallons)** You may want to bring nail clippers. The playa will totally dry out your hands. Hangnails may appear as your hands dry out. If you put lotion on your hands and sleep with rubber gloves on, it will totally help get your hands from cracking.
