4:25 p.m.my arms are still sore. they were worse this morning. last night, i helped asha move into her new place. well it's not really new to her, being that she practically sleeps over there every night anyway. but i'm happy that she has the chance to be in a better situation. today i'm going back to the gym. yikes. i don't know how much more my arms can take!
