1:43 p.m.today's just an everyday normal hangover sunday. you know, the usual. i went out last night just to go out. just because. i ended up drinking at the broadway, getting my cards ready by arlene the psychic at the library, hanging out with some friends at mary's, dancing with a drag queen, and confessing my want for a relationship to a certain someone on his voicemail at 3am. oh yes. i did. oh pathetic little me. no worries. it was pretty much just telling him that when he is ready for a relationship, that i will be too. i had pretty interesting cards last night. all were good readings. it was interesting, something i've been wanting to do for awhile. so i was glad i got them read. it confirmed a lot of what i've been already noticing anyway. i don't really believe in asking for too much. if i'll ever get them read, it's just to confirm what i already know and see an outcome of a path i may take. oh well. but it was an interesting reading for me. and i feel comfortable in knowing that i've now done all that i can for the situation.
soooo. anyway. moving on. please, let's.
friday at hedwig was fun. i ended up meeting michael, joy's very cute and very nice guy she's not interested in dating. well, she doesn't know. and i think she should go for him. he was really cute and really nice. and he seems to be into her, a lot. and i think they would be kind of cute together. but he was wearing a leather jacket, and that's kind of not okay with joy. and he's a kansas boy. not LA at all. hedwig was kind of a culture shock for him. but all in all, we had fun. it was mostly me and joy laughing our asses off all night. i kept laughing at the "in-crowd" jokes before they came up, and when it was time to shout them out, i had forgotten because i had been laughing so hard. we were a little tipsy. we found a cool hole-in-the-wall bar down the street. it was a little posh, but the people weren't super hot or anything, so i felt like a star in there.
so, today i check my buddy list as usual, and one link led to another, and i've been quoted! i can't believe i've been motherfucking quoted! and it's an interesting one, too. i've never even heard of that thing. i guess you can grab quotes from other people's diaries and submit them to be posted. wow. i just keep finding new and better online dland communities. it's great. so thank you to austinliz for quoting me. it amazes me everytime i find new proof that other people actually read me.
it's 2:00 already. damn. i guess i should shower and enjoy at least a little bit of the sun before it goes away. oh, but how i would love to just stay in bed for a week and not do anything. no. i must make something of myself, and not be this pathetic attempt at a human being.
