1:33 p.m.i'm so jealous right now. it's a fucking beautiful day out today. and half the office has either left for the day, yet again, or are outside running errands. maybe some of them are just running, who the fuck knows what they do when they say they'll be back or when they're just "out."
i intended on taking a drive to the wetlands today on my lunch break, just for the hell of it. cuz it's a fucking beautiful day out right now. i had my sunglasses and my jason mraz CD in hand, and i was all ready to go. as i walk past carina, she was like, "hey! you goin to lunch? i'll go, too."
oh damn. i was really lookin forward to that drive. but oh well, i haven't really been takin my lunches with her or anyone for the past week and a half cuz i've been sick and anti-social. and it turns out that geof is outside too. so we just hung out for a bit in the sun. smoking cigarettes while they ate. i was really looking forward to that drive. but oh well.
by the time i get out of work, the sun will be gone, and i'll go home and start the cycle over.
maybe i can take another break or something. hmmm. i just want to drive. eh.
in other news, joy has just requested that i be her "lunch buddy!" our new supervisor is scheduling our new break schedule right now. wow, it's so nice to be wanted!
you know, through all my bitching and whining, and my depression. life isn't that bad at all. i got some kinks to work out, but overall...i'm feeling pretty good. there's hope, love, and inspiration coming up ahead for me. what more can you ask for?
