another day in the life of

11:22 a.m.so last night was fun. i met up with joy and her friend travis at club broadway. i told her my situation with the bank and jesse. i needed beer. but, surprisingly, i only drank one. we left almost immediately after i finished my beer, and we picked up our friend christy.
we ended up getting there pretty early. it was 11:00 and the movie didn't start until midnight. so, no one was there. we decided to walk around santa monica blvd for a little bit. just to pass the time. it was cool, i think i had more fun hanging out with them looking through windows of closed stores and not really going into any of the open coffee shops and restaurants. although we did walk into the fine establishment of 7-11 across the street.
the movie was horrible! as expected. but it was great! it was so much fun, i don't think i've laughed that hard in a really long time. it was nice! i was surprised how biblical it got in the end. the acting was horrible and songs would pop up out of nowhere. characters just popped up towards the end, and you're kind of left wondering, "where did he come from?"
the music was horribly great! it was really bad. i kept squirming all night, looking through my hands as if i was watching a horror-film. which it really was. so much unnecessary dancing. so much melodramatic motions and big movements. it's everything i've ever learned NOT to do when you make a film. EVERYTHING! i loved it!
i had fun.
i got home at around 4am. i had to get up at 6, to move my car, and up again at 8 to bring pisces to the vet. so i didn't get much sleep last night. i just got back and now i'm just cleaning around the house. it's nice to be up early on a saturday for a change. today might be a good day. i'm getting some laundry done. i finally have access to my money in my bank account. and i got my state tax return today! which is really cool. so i might go out tonight. maybe watch a movie. or rosie's in town. maybe we're all gonna get together tonight. that would cool.
