8:19 a.m.i got my first callback for a job yesterday! i vaguely remembered what the specifics were, and i looked it up this morning. and man, it would be great if i got this! i'd wet my pants! send some positive energies my way, please! i could use all i can get. i'm suppose to call back today and talk to her some more.

We are an upscale Real Estate firm located in the Marina. We are seeking an experienced individual to handle front desk and administrative assistant duties, multi-tasking is a MUST! We are looking for a team player to work in a very cohesive environment. Since you'll be answering phones and working directly with the general public and real estate agents...a positive and upbeat attitude is essential.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Web, etc.) are a must...you will be entering data, using word processing programs, email, etc. Speed is not as important as accuracy. There may be some lifting involved as boxes will have to be taken to the attic for storage...approx. 25lbs max.
